Support

How to get help with the DSAIL hosted service — what to check first, where every error is documented, how to reach Jaxon, and what to include so the first reply is the fix.

The DSAIL hosted service at agents.jaxon.ai is run by Jaxon, Inc. This page is the support contact for every surface it is listed on: the claude.ai connector, the ChatGPT app, the Codex and Claude Code plugins, the dsail package and the REST API.

Check first

SymptomWhere the answer is
A tool or REST call returned a structured errorIts docs field is the URL of the page that resolves it; every code has one under Errors
A check answered ENTITLEMENT_EXCEEDEDThe account's Jaxon Verified Units are spent; the page explains the allowance and the upgrade link the error carries
The service seems downhttps://agents.jaxon.ai/health answers {"ok": true, ...} when it is up
A colleague cannot see a rulesetRulesets belong to a workspace; see Share rulesets with colleagues
A sign-in loop or an OAuth error in a clientRemove the DSAIL connector in that client and add https://agents.jaxon.ai/mcp again; the client keeps its own copy of the registration
The connector asks you to sign in againA connection lasts 90 days, or 30 days unused, and ends early if your account is blocked or leaves its organization. Reconnect; nothing you saved is affected

What to include

The ruleset hash (ruleset_hash), the error code and the docs URL from the error, the client you were using (claude.ai, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, dsail CLI, REST) and the time in UTC. The service never receives your documents, so a report never needs to contain one; the hash and the error code identify what happened on our side.
